The main house is an ancient watchtower dating back to the 15th century, carefully restored to preserve its original character while creating a bright, minimalist interior. Below the tower, a former agricultural outbuilding has been transformed into a charming, light-filled annexe. Together, the two buildings offer a unique holiday experience for families or two couples looking for a holiday home with a private pool and plenty of space to relax.

Thanks to its elevated position, La Torre enjoys stunning views across the surrounding countryside. On clear days, you can admire the famous Antognolla Castle, home to an excellent golf course. The private infinity pool and outdoor spaces

The highlight of Villa La Torre is its 4 x 10 metre infinity pool, perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning views near Perugia. Spend your summer days swimming, relaxing by the water or simply admiring the rolling hills stretching into the distance.

A pergola beside the pool provides welcome shade during the hottest hours of the day. The villa's secluded setting allows you to enjoy the outdoor spaces in peace, surrounded by the beautiful Umbrian landscape.

The historic watchtower

The main house is spread over three floors and combines historic architecture with understated, contemporary furnishings. Thanks to its many windows, including smaller openings that have been converted into windows, the tower is wonderfully bright and filled with natural light.

On the ground floor, the kitchen features a fireplace, a dishwasher and two entrances. A staircase leads to the first floor, where an open-plan sleeping area has two single beds and a bathroom.

On the second floor, a small study corner provides a quiet place to read or work, while the double bed and built-in wardrobe make this upper level a cosy and characterful sleeping space.

The tower's minimalist interior allows its original architectural features to take centre stage, creating an atmosphere that is both distinctive and welcoming.

The separate annexe

Below the tower, the former agricultural outbuilding has been converted into a bright, open-plan living space. It features a double bed, a double sofa bed and a dining table with chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner hob and a fridge. Both the living area and the kitchen have doors leading directly to the outside terrace, making it easy to enjoy meals and relaxing moments outdoors.

The two buildings together accommodate up to six guests, offering a flexible arrangement for families or friends who appreciate having separate living spaces while sharing the same private pool and outdoor areas.

Location and distances

Villa La Torre enjoys a peaceful hillside location near Pierantonio, with beautiful views over the Umbrian countryside. The nearby towns and villages are easy to reach by car, making the villa a great base for exploring Umbria.

The villa is reached by driving up a mountain road, which is tarred for most of the way, with the final 100 metres on a gravel road. The elevated position rewards you with beautiful panoramic views and a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
