With three double bedrooms, spacious living areas and a generous private pool, Il Paradiso is an ideal holiday home in Umbria for families or a small group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the Italian countryside.

A comfortable villa with room to relax

The entrance opens into a living room with a large dining table, a cosy wood-burning stove and a corner sofa seating six. An open archway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and an Italian espresso machine.

Behind the living room, there is an additional sitting area and a bathroom with a shower. Next door, a separate games room houses a snooker table and the washing machine.

Upstairs, you will find three double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has air conditioning. Two additional single beds are available, either arranged as bunk beds in one bedroom or placed separately in the double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms opens onto a spacious terrace, with access to the upper level of the terraced garden.

The house also has a built-in radio system, which you can switch on if you enjoy listening to music or simply leave off if you prefer the peace of the Umbrian countryside.

A private swimming pool with wonderful views

The highlight of this holiday home with private pool is the large swimming pool, measuring 12 x 6 metres, situated on the lowest terrace of the garden. With a depth ranging from 1.30 to 2.10 metres, it offers plenty of space for swimming and cooling off on warm summer days. Roman steps provide easy access to the water, and there is a whirlpool area for an extra touch of relaxation.

Around the pool, you will find six sun loungers, two reclining chairs and a table with chairs. There is also a pizza oven, a barbecue and a small toilet nearby, making it easy to spend the whole day outdoors.

The villa has several garden terraces, including a spacious terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms. Near the entrance, an outdoor table and chairs provide another pleasant spot for dining outside and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Explore Assisi and the Umbrian countryside

Il Paradiso is an excellent base for discovering Umbria. The beautiful town of Assisi, famous for the Basilica of Saint Francis and its medieval streets, is only about 9 km away. Spello, another charming hilltop town, is approximately 11 km away, while Perugia, with its historic centre, shops and restaurants, is around 24 km from the villa.

Other interesting destinations include Gualdo Tadino, 33 km away, and Spoleto, approximately 48 km away. Whether you enjoy sightseeing, walking in the countryside, discovering local food or simply relaxing by the pool, there is plenty to explore during your stay.

For everyday essentials, a restaurant with takeaway service and a small grocery shop are located about 3 km downhill. The nearest supermarket is in Santa Maria degli Angeli, approximately 12 km away.
