Colle Arponi is a welcoming Italian family home with a private pool, set atop a small hill in the green Umbrian countryside. Surrounded by a well-kept garden and rolling hills, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the pool and discover the many beautiful towns and villages of Umbria.

The villa consists of two separate apartments, which are always rented together, offering comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends. With 4 bedrooms and space for 7 to 10 guests, Colle Arponi combines the comfort of a family home with the privacy of a countryside villa.

A holiday home with private swimming pool

The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden, with an automatic entrance gate and lovely views of the surrounding hills. The private swimming pool measures 5 x 10 metres and is 1.50 metres deep, with Roman steps at one end for easy access. A shaded terrace next to the pool provides a pleasant spot to relax during the warmer hours of the day.

Covered parking for two cars is available, with additional parking space if needed. A washing machine is also available.

Ground floor apartment

The ground floor has two entrances: one on the pool side and the main entrance near the parking area.

The main entrance opens into a living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed. Next to it is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and four-burner cooker.

A small hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. The bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool, making it particularly convenient for guests who enjoy spending time outdoors.

First floor apartment

The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and has a layout similar to the ground floor, with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

This apartment offers three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Two additional single beds can be added to one of the double bedrooms, providing extra flexibility for families or larger groups.

There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the beautiful green hills of Umbria.

Explore Umbria from a central location

Colle Arponi is a holiday home with a swimming pool in the centre of Umbria, making it a convenient base for exploring the region by car. The villa is surrounded by peaceful countryside, yet the main E45 road is only about 10 minutes away.

From here, you can easily plan day trips to some of Umbria's best-known towns and attractions:
Perugia: approximately 30 minutes by car.
Todi: approximately 30 minutes by car.
Foligno: approximately 30 minutes by car.
Assisi: approximately 45 minutes by car.
Bastardo: approximately 15 minutes by car, where you will find a supermarket.

The property is accessed via a driveway that passes an old shed with the owners' chickens before continuing up the hill to the villa. Once there, you will find a peaceful green oasis with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
