The "dolce godera" is an enchanting detached villa with private pool which lie on the green hills of southern Umbria, near the town of Lugnano.
To get there you will come along a breathtaking landscape between rolling hills and rural houses that seem part of a painting.
The villa is for the exclusive use of guests , it is made by 3 independent units in a single building, access also to a very large private pool and a huge fenced garden.
We are in the open countryside, about 10 minutes by car from the town of Lugnano in Teverina where you will find the necessary services, pharmacies, restaurants and much more.
Our area is very quiet and peaceful, there are no other homes in the immediate vicinity.
We are surrounded by green hills and a breathtaking view.

The first rule, for which the host thanks you, concerns respect for the environment of our territory;
- for this reason we require a correct separate collection of waste and the observance of the times provided for its disposal, which was illustrated to you at check-in.
- We also remember to throw only toilet paper , and sanitary napkins or other in the undifferentiated bin.
-For the safe of the environment, we ask you to use the air conditioner and heating appropriately and we remind you that in case of abuse of the set temperatures and daily hours provided for by the municipal regulation, an additional contribution may be required from guests.
- The host thanks you for reporting any malfunctions within 24 hours of your arrival; conversely, please report damage to the house or furnishings during your stay.
We thank you for a responsible use of the pool; We remind you to prevent dogs and cats from entering the water and to take care to take a shower to remove sunscreen from the body before bathing. For the benefit of your safety and that of your children, avoid bringing glass bottles by the pool, leaving objects in the water in your absence and please close the umbrellas in case of wind.
During your stay, the pool and garden is under your control, take care of it for yourself and and please collect dogs needs in the garden.
We are in the green hills of Umbria, so --the host advises you to be careful with open doors; Small animals living in these countryside could enter the house.
- The protection of the home is yours starting from the delivery of the keys, as per the lease signed by the parties with online check-in; the return of the keys is to be considered the act of closing the same.
EXTRA EXPENSES :
- SECURITY DEPOSIT via card 500 euros return within 24h
- Tourist tax 1 euro from 16 years old per day for the first 3 nights
-Air conditioning 5 euros per air conditioner per day cash on arrival
-Check in after 21:00 extra 30 euros
- Garbage, if you decide not to throw it away in the prepared buckets (1 km away) payment of 30 euros for the person who will bring it
- Heating included max 10 hours a day from 1 November to 15 April as per municipal regulation
