Immersed into the splendid Narnese countryside, the apartment for rent is on the west facade of the farmhouse, totally independent, on the ground floor and consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms , plus living room and kitchen
Barbeque and gazebo adjacent to the house and a fabulous swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests set in this majestic garden overlooking the historic center of Narni, giving guests a breathtaking view
Although the owners live in the villa, in an apartment on the opposite side to yours, they do not interfere in the private spaces of the guests and do not use the swimming pool.
The road to reach the tourist rental is in good condition, the last 100 meters are a dirt road.

The first rule, for which the host thanks you, concerns respect for the environment of our territory; for this reason we require a correct separate collection of waste and the observance of the times provided for its disposal, which was illustrated to you at the check-in Provided. For the respect of the environment, we ask you to use the air conditioner and heating appropriately and we remind you that in case of abuse of the set temperatures and daily hours provided for by the municipal regulation, an additional contribution may be required from guests.
The host thanks you for reporting any malfunctions within 24 hours of your arrival; please report damage to the house or furnishings during your stay. We thank you for a responsible use of the pool; We remind you to prevent dogs and cats from entering the water and to take a shower to remove sunscreen from the body before bathing. For the benefit of your safety and that of your children, avoid bringing glass bottles by the pool, leaving objects in the water in your absence and please close the umbrellas in case of wind. During your stay, take care of property for yourself and your pets friends, collecting their faeces. We are among the green Umbrian hills, so the host advises you to pay attention to the open doors; Small animals living in these countryside could enter the house.
The protection of the home is yours starting from the delivery of the keys, and regulate by the contract signed by the parties with online check-in; the return of the keys is to be considered the act of closing the same.
The host requires you to respect the agreed check-out times unless differently agreed.
