The house is set in a complex of two exposed stone farmhouses, restored as residences, with porches and a large garden courtyard, dominating the valley of the Tiber at the confluence with the Nera, with easy access to shops and opportunities for excursions. Only one of the two farmhouses is rented out and the entire property is exclusively for the use of the guests present, with the second farmhouse closed and uninhabited. The 4-hectare estate, with vineyard, olive grove and fruit trees, overlooks the medieval town of Orte. It is characterised by great tranquility and privacy despite having similar estates nearby. The sunset is not to be missed! The stone house constitutes the original core from the early 1900s and has maintained its period features, such as the large fireplace in the living room and the old brick sink in the kitchen, which is furnished with the old oak boards from the stable.
The house has four rooms on the ground floor: living room, comfortable eat-in kitchen, dining room, study/bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen opens onto a beautiful trellis covered with vine and wisteria, furnished with a large stone table and a portable barbecue. Upstairs there are four large double bedrooms or twin rooms with another bathroom. The pool and garden are for the exclusive use of the house guests and there are no other people present on site.
