The farmhouse will welcome you in an atmosphere between rustic and modern. The structure, built in the last 10 years, presents itself in full stylistic rigor with the aesthetic characteristics of the ancient Umbrian farmhouses: exposed stone masonry, external and internal terracotta floors on the ground floor and walnut slats on the upper floor, small terracotta characterize the ceiling of the entire ground floor while beams, joists and tiles characterize the pitched ones on the upper floor. The late 18th century Swedish furniture gives the interior spaces elegance and sobriety.
The entire farmhouse is surrounded by nature and the garden with swimming pool, essential for cooling off summer days, overlooks the olive grove that delimits the perimeter of the property.
Guests will have access to the entire proprety, to the pool and to the beautiful green surrounding paths.
