PLEASE NOTE: In September, the owners will be present in the villa, and the pool is shared with the owners living on the upper floor. For up to 4 guests, we will provide only one apartment; from the fifth guest up to the ninth guest, both apartments will be available.
This classic stone farmhouse is magnificently situated in the Umbrian countryside with 360
degree panoramic vistas. Set among olive groves, Casale Fasulo is an idyllic place to rest and
revitalize. The beautiful, tranquil location is less than an hour’s drive from Rome and the ideal
starting point for excursions to the many nearby historic towns and tourist sites of Umbria. Just a
few kilometers away is the ancient medieval hilltop town of Narni, the inspiration for C.S. Lewis’
The Chronicles of Narnia.
Two newly decorated holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and each feature two
bedrooms and an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. They are well equipped for rest or
work with high speed Wi-Fi and flat screen TV’s. Each apartment has a covered patio, perfect
for enjoying a morning coffee or a relaxing evening.
A stunning, brand new 14 x 7 meter swimming pool welcomes guests with the mountains in the
distance and the cypress and olive trees in the foreground…a serene, idyllic landscape. The
private 5 acre property is yours to wander and is completely fenced in with an automatic gate at
the entrance.
While you will need a car, within 2 km are a supermarket and an excellent traditional restaurant.
In the immediate surrounding area are numerous other restaurants and vineyards to explore
