A spacious holiday home for up to nine guests

Casa Rosa consists of two apartments, each with its own kitchen and living area.

The ground-floor apartment welcomes you into a large kitchen and dining area with plenty of worktop and storage space. There is a dining table with ample room for meals together, as well as a sofa where you can relax. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner gas hob and a dishwasher.

This apartment has two double bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It is suitable for up to four guests.

The first-floor apartment is reached via an external staircase. Inside, you will find a kitchen with a sitting area, creating a separate space to prepare meals and unwind. The kitchen is simply furnished but well equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and four-burner gas hob.

There are three bedrooms on this floor: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. They share a bathroom with a shower, and the apartment can accommodate up to five guests.

In total, Casa Rosa sleeps up to nine people. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and the house has a washing machine.

A covered private terrace in the garden provides a pleasant spot for outdoor meals or a quiet moment in the shade.

A fenced shared pool for summer days

The swimming pool is one of the main attractions of Agriturismo Il Poggio. Measuring 14 x 5 metres and with a depth of 1.40 metres, it offers plenty of space to cool off and enjoy the summer sunshine.

The pool is fenced and shared with Casa Pietra, making Casa Rosa an appealing holiday home in Umbria with a fenced pool for families and groups. While the pool is communal, each house has its own entrance and private outdoor space.

Guests can also make use of the shared barbecue and traditional pizza oven, ideal for preparing relaxed outdoor meals together. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available for families staying at the properties.

A peaceful hillside setting close to Umbertide

Casa Rosa enjoys a countryside setting above Umbertide, with beautiful views but without being too far from local amenities. The town is approximately a 10-minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants and a weekly market every Wednesday morning.

From here, you can easily explore the towns, landscapes and cultural attractions of Umbria. Città di Castello is around 30 minutes away, while Perugia and Assisi are both approximately 50 minutes by car. If you fancy a longer day trip, Florence can be reached in about two hours and Rome in around two and a half hours.

With its flexible two-apartment layout, private outdoor space and shared fenced swimming pool, Casa Rosa is an excellent choice for a larger family or a group of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday together in the Umbrian countryside.
