The villa is located in Trevi, known as “The Queen of Olives”, just minutes from Spoleto, Assisi, and Montefalco—famous for its Sagrantino wine. You’ll also have easy access to the 50-km Valle Umbra cycling path, completely flat and filled with scenic views.
In 20–30 minutes you can reach Cascia, the Valnerina, the Marmore Waterfall, Todi, and Orvieto.
