The property is completely surrounded by greenery and is reached by driving through a charming oak and holm oak forest, creating a sense of peace from the very first moment. From the panoramic terrace, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Nera River, its confluence with the Tiber River, and the towns of Orte and Orte Scalo, along with the surrounding countryside.
